Kathleen Urdahl

Kathleen Urdahl has been a member of the bar in the Province of Ontario for over 21 years. Formerly a partner with Stieber Berlach LLP, her practice involved the mediation and settlement of hundreds of disputes. With a focus on insurance litigation, Kathleen’s practice was eclectic and varied, taking her as far as Korea, and giving her a unique perspective on conflict resolution.

She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, The Advocates’ Society, the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto and the Toronto Lawyers Association. Kathleen has completed the Harvard Dispute Resolution Program in mediation.

Kathleen graduated with her B.A. from the University of Victoria in 1986. She obtained her LL.B from the University of Windsor in 1991, and was called to the bar in 1993. She has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario.
