Terrance A. Sweeney

Mr. Sweeney has practised law in the Province of Ontario for over 35 years as a senior partner of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP until his resignation in 2007. He had established and headed the tax department, developed an active tax and trade litigation practice, and appeared in all relevant tribunals and courts. Mr. Sweeney's broad experience in commercial law makes him uniquely qualified to identify and address the interests of all parties.
